We want you — and your pets — to be 100% happy with your purchase! 🐾

If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns:
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, email us at: support@shopfurthem.com.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• We can’t accept returns on used pet beds, opened grooming products, or custom items (for hygiene reasons).

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds take about 5-7 business days.

Wrong or Damaged Items:
If we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it right away.

Return Shipping Costs:
If you change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. If we made a mistake, we cover it!
